Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 

It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products ship from our overseas warehouse with 5-10 business days of trackable shipping if the item isn't in stock in our Swedish warehouse, which otherwise ships with trackable shipping via PostNord. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

If your order ships from our overseas warehouse, you may also need to pay a fee upon import. 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder in case it ends up there.

Our prices exclude VAT, so customs duties and import fees may apply when the item comes from our warehouse in China. It's the customer's responsibility to pay any such fees.
